The project includes three buildings situated around a central public accessible courtyard in pebbles with small green hills and banks. Three access roads for pedestrians run along the courtyard and break through the hedge on the street side. Two buildings contain two apartments on the ground floor, suitable for the disabled, and two on the upper floor. A third building has one apartment on the ground floor and one on the upper level. The volumes are mirrored or rotated to obtain a perfect orientation. Each apartment has its own entrance on the ground floor. The apartments on the upper level have an interior terrace. Within a block, the floorplan is based on the same design principle, but the living rooms are rotated in different directions to obtain a good orientation of the terraces. The garden sheds are placed in two volumes that separate the gardens from the apartments of the ground floor with the parking area and petanque court.
