Connection with the existing urban grid is based on a park- or campus model, with relatively long facades referring to the to the ribbon development of the existing urban tissue. On one side, the project focuses on the other side of the street, makes a transition in scale en traces the public inner landscape. On the other hand, the project focuses on the widespread landscape and green open space. The implantation of the buildings is according to the orientation, sunlight and the maximum possible relation with the landscape and urban space. The height difference of the terrain is used to organize parking: at the back of the site, one can directly enter the parking; on the site of Pelgrim parking is sunken under the ground. Through working with different materials, depth and massiveness are playful brought together. The facades are finished with gray gable. The upper level is strongly reduced en finished with wooden cladding, to match the scale of the building with the houses nearby.
